1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Vital Frame website and services, provided by [registered company name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or submitting a project you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the clinic or organisation you represent.
2. Our services
We provide clinical photo enhancement and AI-generated visuals for healthcare professionals. Healthcare video is not yet available. The details of each project — service, number of images or frames, formats and price — are shown before you pay and confirmed in your project page.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and your clinic’s workspace.
- The service is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses, not for patients directly.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are per photo, image or video frame as listed on our pricing page, and your total is shown before you pay.
- Payment is taken when you submit a project. A project only starts once payment has been received.
- You can save a brief as a draft without paying; a draft does not commit you to anything.
- Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and include any taxes stated there.
- Delivery dates are estimates and depend on receiving complete, usable material from you.
5. Your content and patient consent
You keep ownership of the images and material you upload. You confirm that:
- you have the right to share them with us, and
- you hold any patient consent required — including for any later publication of the finished images — under the laws and professional rules that apply to you.
You give us permission to use your content only as needed to deliver your project. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Clinical accuracy and your review
Photo enhancement is limited to presentation — lighting, colour, clarity and framing. We do not alter tooth shape, shade, alignment or the visible treatment result.
You review every draft and are responsible for confirming that the final images are clinically accurate and suitable for your intended use before you publish them. Our visuals are for education and communication and are not a substitute for clinical judgement or advice.
7. AI-generated visuals
AI-generated visuals are illustrations, not photographs of real patients or real outcomes. When you publish them you agree to label them clearly — for example “AI-generated illustration” — and not to present them as genuine clinical results.
8. Revisions and approval
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated for its service. Additional revisions or changes to the original brief may be charged separately, and we agree any extra cost with you first. A project is complete when you approve the final files.
9. Ownership of the finished work
Once a project is paid in full, you may use the delivered files for your clinic’s communication, education and marketing. We keep the right to use our own templates, styles and know-how in other work, but we will not show your images to others without your written permission.
10. Cancellations and refunds
You can delete an unsubmitted draft at any time. If you cancel a paid project, we may charge for work already carried out. Any refund is handled case by case in line with the law that applies to you — contact us at [contact email to be confirmed].
11. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Projects already paid for continue under the terms that applied when you paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law to be confirmed]. Questions? Contact us at [contact email to be confirmed].
